The Boston Globe recently published an article on the Witnesses to Hunger exhibit at the State House in Boston. This exhibit was a collection of photos, stories, and videos from mothers in Boston, the newest chapter of Witnesses to Hunger. The exhibit lasted from March 12-14.

Greg Kaufmann's latest blog for The Nation,  This Week in Poverty: Hunger—Where We Are, Where We Need to Be highlights the newest Children's HealthWatch report, The SNAP Vaccine: Boosting Children's Health as well as a new study "Toxic Stress and Child Hunger Over the Life Course: Three Case Studies", published in the current issue of the Journal of Applied Research on Children by the Center's director, Mariana Chilton and Witnesses to Hunger Program Manager, Jenny Rabinowich.

In 2011, 26.5 percent of respondents in Pennsylvania’s First Congressional District reported not having enough money to buy food that they or their family needed during the prior twelve months, according to a new report released by the Food Research and Action Center (FRAC). This represents a reduction in food hardship by nearly 10 percentage points since 2009.
